Blue/white smoke

Hey guys
Idk since when its been like this but recently i noticed a bluish smoke + water out of the tailpipe when i push the pedal of warm engine , and not when the cold engine starts up!
Ive read about possibly oil separator or valve seal failures but you may help to diagnose the exact problem...
Btw the oil gauge hasn’t shown any oil
reduction yet

Check oil filter housing to see ig gasket gets compromised. That's one possible mixture point between coolant and oil.

in your case I think you are likely on the right track, valve seal is very plausible. I've had that issue only once before, but that was more than 15 years ago on an Acura Legend. Very similar symptoms as you described. But on top of blue white smoke, I've also had engine temperature rise whenever I come close to a red light having the stop the car. Of course on these E90's we don't get that temperature gauge to verify it unless you can log your trip.
