I am in Los Angeles, CA. Looking for someone to take over my lease. I will offer $500 credit to pay for the BMW lease transfer fee.

I am looking to recoup $3,500 of Multiple Security Deposits (MSD) which is fully refundable to you at the end of the lease from BMW. Because I will pay for your $500 lease transfer fee, I need a payment for the difference which is $3,000. At the end of the lease, BMW refunds the transferee (you) the full $3,500.

$452.94 monthly lease payment + $44.16 sales tax (9.75% in my area) for a total of $497.10.

Around 1,000 miles per month for the remaining 19 months (lease ends 10/31/2012)

MSRP: $50,450 (picture of window sticker below)

2009 BMW 335i Coupe, Monaco Blue Metallic Paint with Gray Dakota Leather Interior. Loaded with Premium Package, Sport Package, Steptronic Auto Transmission, Paddle Shifters, Heated Front Seats, Park Distance Control Sensors, iPod and USB Adapter, Bluetooth, Xenon. Excellent Condition, Dealer Maintained, Non-Smoker, Garage Kept.

Additional FREE bonuses include:
* 35% Light Window Tint all around, except for the windshield of course
* $532 Vehicle Registration already paid through 10/31/2011 (you are basically getting free registration for 7 months)
* $103 BMW All Weather Rubber Floor Mats (I purchased separately - you don't need to return at lease end, car already comes with carpeted mats)
* $42 BMW Wheel Locks (I purchased separately - you don't need to return at lease end)

In the pictures, the 5-spoke 18" wheels come with the sport package from factory. Some of the other pictures show the NEW 19" BBS CH-R wheels & tires I just purchased a few months ago. If you're interested, the BBS CH-R wheels & tires are also for sale (the set costs around $3500 shipped on Tire Rack, you can have them for $2800).

I can meet almost anytime to show you the car. Feel free to email me at pphuang@gmail.com if you have any questions. Thanks for your interest,

Paul

Payoff amount is $35,313.81 good through 4/28/2011. If you want to buy it outright, I will offer $500 credit.

Currently there are 19,400 miles.

Yea I really love these BBS wheels. The previous generation CH wheels are classic. These new CH-R wheels are way nicer though.
