New guy wants to say Hi
Hi guys,
Traded in my beloved Mini Clubman S with a 323i Touring last Dec. Originally 323i wasn't my choice but it's the only model with discount - full options (no iDrive) under $400k, couldn't ask for more huh....... considering more or less the same amount I paid for the Clubman S. It's slow but smoooooth as butter! Same as the Mini, DS mode is my norml mode! Cheers, Chiu |

Welcome to the forum...... I'm also a big fan of Touring but I orginally wanted to buy a 335 Touring though!! However, I jumped to the E92 335 due to the pairs of sport seats being offered.... Enjoy your ride!

Thank you guys
Nice color combo superdx. The E92/93 sports seats are very nice indeed! Has anyone replaced their RFT's to non-RF ones? I want to update to 18" wheels with non-RFTs, Michelin PS2 a good choice? |

Well Well, Welcome another safe/slow 323i driver to the minority !
I drive a E93 323i. Primarily a sloppy weekend driver cruising around Island Eastern Corridor with roof open, but obliged to drive fast in the meet....

I've only recently taken a convertible for a spin, and I must say I'm pretty impressed at the feeling with no roof (although I still think having a little sunroof and higher structural rigidity is still higher on my personal priority list)... |

Agree who needs to drive fast with a convertible . How nice it will be to have one cruising along the winding road in Sai Kung (where I live ), at least the super sunroof of the Touring is a compensation.......
Thanks little croco for the advice....... Choice, choice...... choice |

One more tire to add to your list!
Dunlop Z1 Star Spec... it served me well for my old car, performed on-par with Yokohama AD07 in my books! |
