getbmwparts (Tischer) no longer offering counter pickup?

Went to order a taillight over the weekend as apparently my driver's inner got smacked and I just noticed it. Can't figure out how to order for counter pickup, is that not offered anymore? I emailed but haven't got a response yet. Probably just going to order from ECS Tuning as if I add in the $16 shipping Tischer, sorry, BMW of Silver Spring is actually more expensive. Sucks because I work appx. 10 miles and not a bad drive away. I just ordered some tiny little parts doesn't feel like that long ago but on looking it was almost two years, definitely did counter pickup then (was a very small order of license plate hardware as I had to destroy my rear bracket and push nuts to get my old plates off, shipping would have sucked)

u can just call BMW SS and ask for retail parts counter and order with them. it's a separate operation from getbmwparts since that's their wholesale business.

I've ran into the same thing, and was told the adjustment was made to keep the team safe during COVID.

Don't think the retail desk offers the same prices as the wholesale business, but as pseto mentioned you can always call in urgent needs there if you don't mind swapping shipping costs for retail pricing.

Sometimes the getbmwparts shipping calculator does crazy things with small parts. If you email them, Jason, Evan@Tischer, or one of the other folks will make it right for you.
