Use the valeo N52 SMF kit. I have it on a 530 N52 and lots of other people have used it (even modded). Yes they sometimes don't list the x30s but it will work just fine

Thats the M54 kit; Make sure you get the N52 kit. I think Rock auto was the cheapest when I ordered mine

FINALLY DROPPED THE TRANSMISSION!
I procrastinated a while about doing it but finally got to it. Dropping it wasn't all that hard but not all that's easy either. I snapped off all for exhaust studs as they were COMPLETELY corroded.... this pissed me off the most, but let me tell you, the amount of corrosion they had made it look like the nuts were welded on. on from that the only issue I had was separating the flex disk from the dif flange, a bit of corrosion had stuck them together and required me to pry very hard to get them to come apart. On from there and a couple trips to auto zone for some 24" and 18" 3/8 extensions, I got the tyranny out.
Of course I found the DMF to have its sidewall absolutely blown out... so now I can confirm the issue and get the flywheel and clutch ordered as soon as I find the right single mass flywheel and clutch kit for my e90.

The long and drug out DMF and clutch replacement has been finished, the car is 100% back together and I took it for a ride a bit ago and it drove fantastic. Thank you to all who gave me pointers, and advice!
