Sale Pending...still selling for $25,000 if I dont hear back from this potential buyer..I got my payoff quote from the bank so I cant go lower than $25k..numbers dont make sense at that point

$25k is below kbb value, with over $6k in mods (not including labor), and top of the line mods at that, this is a great deal

which would be the same as selling the car for $25k
