K&N Oiled ??

G'Day All,

Have just wacked a K&N filter on the 323i. Out of the box - are the K&N's pre-oiled or is that something I need to do?

they come pre-oiled. just plug and play!

plug and play..though they arent great for the MAF sensor

G'Day Volkswackin,

K&N reckon there shouldn't be an issue with the MAF getting dirty - what have you heard/seen ?

If you over oil, here is some stuff to clean it with.
