I'd like to know as well. Plus is $355 the going rate? No way of getting it cheaper somewhere?

I just installed mine an hour ago. I love the feel and the preciseness.
The only thing I don't like is that it's not as well centered as it was before.

Mine's sitting in my dining room waiting to be installed. Little while until I install but I'll report.

Ah sorry guys, turns out the Evo3 doesn't fit the XI so I can't give a review. The shop tried installing it every which way with no luck. However, I am getting a prototype shifter and installing it in July...

I have the Rogue Engineering SSK. I feels so smooth and more precise. I wasn't sure what gear I was in with the stock shifter, but now I know with the Rogue. I think the SSK is one of the best upgrades you can make because you ALWAYS use it. Probably one of the best upgrades you can do. Make sure you get one that is two piece and not one piece, otherwise it will rattle like crazy.
It may be a little shorter, but I wasn't looking to go shorter at all. My elbow hits the center console door with the stock shifter, so I didn't want to go lower. I have the stock shift knob with alcantara leather - well the boots are alcantara also.
