see the thing i fockin hate about posts like this by people like you, is that you just take some cheap shot void of reason, bearing, or substance. you're like a woman. seriously if you think what i said was inaccurate, be an intellectual and at least suggest which tuner that posts on here demonstrates greater applied knowledge in the field of tuning and on tuning the 335i and try to keep your posts info-based.

I can't begin to explain how much i appreciate some of these noobs educating us, the ones that have been around to watch the evolution of 335 tunning, about just how much we don't know, or how badly we've been suckered, or how many "limp modes" I've had, yada yada yada
-better yet, by some fool who aint even got a 335! |

Actually I am pretty sure Shiv is right, I have had every version of the Procede and even his first release of the Xede and have not had a single problem with the product or my car.

I have a vishnu proceed v1.47 . Best money I ever spent. Waiting for v2, no big deal waiting since I am already very happy with the v1.
I can't believe how much better the car is with this mod. Install was pretty easy, and I am no mechanic. Took me about an hour. Just have to be careful and follow directions/video. |

Just to add a little story ..... My wife used to autocross with me when I had a 94 RX-7 with every bolt on mod available.
I let her take the e90 after the proceed install. Her reaction " A car that looks like this shouldn't be that fast." |

I'm happy with Procede. I have had some minor problems that I would call irritating.
With 1.47 - had a bypass plug connectivity issue. The procede worked fine, got a new set of bypass plugs shipped to me. No problems in almost 5000 miles of driving. With 2.0.2 - had the step 4 problem where the female connector on the harness broke during the power connection process. Completed a work around and the procede is working great. Waiting for opinions on my step 4 situation from Shiv. Will get back in there and do whatever he thinks is best. I am very satisfied with the product. I think it's the best "canned" tune out there (I'm sure custom is always better). I would highly recommend the procede for anyone that does not mind being hands on, getting in there and messing with the ECU wiring and has the patience to get through any minor issues that may come up. For anyone that does not want to get into the ECU, mess with wires, and possibly work through a couple of annoyances I would recommend a flash tune like Dinan. |

I put 15,000 miles on my 335i, and Procede was my first mod. No problems with it--ever. I had one code that turned out to be from a broken fuel sensor in the gas tank. It was not Procede related. But guess who helped me figure out what was wrong?? Shiv.
I don't have a 335i any more--sold it to someone on this forum in October. However, Procede was the best mod that I have ever purchased for any car. |

Did anyone else notice the OP has vanished? He lit the fuse and walked away. Horse poop pot stirrer.....
I wish for the new year everyone will just enjoy what THEY have and THEY paid for. Stock/Tuned/318/320/323/325/328/330/335. Just enjoy your vehicle. Enjoy the weekend.

I can sum it up for you, have ANY of the other tuners had customers speak out against them or even complain about their customer support? Nope, just one.

You mean the problem from the company that blames it's customers for problems that are in fact their own? Yes, and keep dangling. Oh and look forward to a post detailing things that have been hidden, err I mean fixed.

To the OP, here's my take on all this.
If you don't like what you see/read on this forum about the PROcede, then good, don't buy it. I see no sense in starting a thread telling people what you think they should or should not do. I understand that you have your own feelings, that's fine, keep them to yourself. If it's not going to benefit this forum, we don't need to read it, it's just wasting bandwidth. People do their own searches and will know whether or not the product is good or not. Now, I don't own the PROcede and I do not plan on getting it, but I do know that Shiv makes a great piggyback for the N54. Sure, there might be problems, but as long as there are fixes, who cares? And if you're so concerned about the problems, like I said, DON'T BUY IT or just wait until there are NO problems. And if you think he charges too much for the PROcede, again, DON'T BUY IT! You are not helping anybody out by posting this thread. All you have done is... NOTHING!!! Just my $.02. Btw, admins, please close this thread.
