Scammed by Enkreuz Wheels !!!!!!

Second, 1 of the centers being a blemish should not take another 2 months to get refinished....b/c that is just rediculous........

I'm sorry to say that I see a lack of customer service here and very bad business ethics. Placing the blame on the centers being improperly finished imo is a cheap excuse.......that should be taken into account for in the wait time.

Wow you guys are amazing. You gave 2 customers the same excuse and the same runaround, you guys suck big time. And plus your customer service sucks no emails they have to hunt you down to get on the phone. You guys should be banned plain and simple.

Wow, any update on this? I'm looking to get wheels soon as my next upgrade, I've heard of Enkreuz before too, but there is no way I'm ordering from them now. There customer service stinks, and I fully understand how you feel scammed. Wheels are a significant investment for most people and it sounds like these Enkreuz is just giving you the run around. Good luck.
