Doesn't look like it's going to be resolved.
JW-Tuning has shown no desire to fix the problem.
No help whatsoever.

Yeah that's soo ridiculous!
You have to pay for shipping back, your original shipping is not refunded, and on top of that you have to pay a 25% fee!!!
That is just ridiculous!!!

Wow... that's messed up! It obviously does not fit and they probably sent you the wrong one. They should man up and pay for all the shipping expenses and send you a new one that fits as per their description.

GL Paulie! Hope they're able to rectify this problem for you!

Welcome. That's what i'm hoping for, I think that the Vendors should be the last the rip off the members.

I know! But they don't respond to any PMs or anything!!!
I've tried to get my money back but they're denying me!
I wish I could get the BMW Performance Diffuser but as far as i've seen, they don't have a Carbon Fiber Diffuser for the 335 E90 yet, and definitely don't have a Quad Diffuser.

LongTran can probably make it fit perfect, you're not doing it right.

not sure if this is correct.. does EU cars have different M-tech diffusers than US? may be this is for EU m-tech rear bumper.. it's different from North America.

seriously.. i think vendors often might not know the difference between both worlds.. since there're different specs in the country..

be that as it may, vendors should not sell their product without releasing that important of an info only to have the customer to find out on their own after purchasing the product

good luck paul, although i am sure long can make it fit, i hope you do get your money back so you can spend it elsewhere, good luck

Pretty sure the bumpers are uniform especially diffuser mounting points. I mean we have members mounting up Studie parts all the way from Japan, with no problems.

Its just a messed up product compounded with messed up customer service.
