Another Crank No Start Post

The car was running fine at first.
I decided to do a Stage 3 Manifold upgrade.
Bought the manifold and large DISA repair kit.
Repaired large DISA, and wanted to see if it worked properly, so I plugged in the DISAs, ran INPA, and tested them. The large DISA wasn't turning properly, so I think I may have set the gears wrong.
The next day, I re-repaired the DISA and tried running INPA test again. This time, both the small and the large DISA would not turn/rotate.
During all this time, I have had a harbor freight battery charger connected on trickle/agm for over a week, because I have seen dealerships do this with their cars in the showroom.
Tried to start the car now, and it just cranks but does not start.
Took the battery to get recharged at Autozone and returned with no fix.
Checked the fuses, they are good (at least the ones I checked from previous posts).
Watched a youtube video and he disconnected the battery, touch the positive on the alternator housing and the negative on the positive connection.
it said that anywhere between 500-800 is good... i think I had like 540 on the Vc setting.
Checked sparkplugs, they look fine. They are newly replaced.

I've also replaced: water pump, thermostat, radiator hose, expansion tank hose, oil filter gasket, valve cover, coils, starter motor, valvetronic motor, valve tonic eccentric shaft, all are new from FCP Euro.

I'm getting this readout from Bimmergeeks Protool:

This is after clearing the codes, though. I had a few other ones before I cleared it, but since I can't get it running, it seems like I can't recreate them or they resolved on its own.

Any ideas?

You blew fuse F11. That's happened to me before when testing disa valves. Sometimes the board or motor might have a short or just be too stuck and it pulls too many amps when testing and it seems to blow it. I was able to find out it was fuse F11 thanks to George and his in-depth diagnostics being posted on an older thread.

While I'm not certain what causes a disa valve being tested to blow a damn 20 Amp fuse I know I have one sitting around that keeps on doing it so I'll get to diagnose it later. There's pretty much no way you can set the gears in the disa valve incorrectly. If it isn't working it's because either the motor or board are toast.

This is the problem. Checked the fuse and it's blown. Can you please link the thread you're referring to? I can't seem to find it in the search. Thanks!!!
