Looking to get vmr 703 19x8.5 +40 front 235/35 19x9.5 rear 275/30 +33 or +45. Which offset would be best for rear and will fender roll/pull be necessary? Currently running 313 19x8 +25 (12 mm spacer) 235/35 19x9 +24 (15 mm spacer) 265/30 no rub stock sport suspension

+33, this is really good fitment for LCIs but a fender roll is necessary. You may need to increase camber a little bit if you're running sport suspension, stock camber can go as low as -3* but you should be fine around -1.5* to -2*. If you're wondering, this isn't enough camber to cause camber wear on your tires.
People fret over fender rolling since it's a 'permanent modification', but rolling fenders is harmless and not even visible unless you get on your butt and look up.

Front is good, I would recommend using your 15mm spacers instead though. Money zone for 8.5" fitment is +20-25 offset.
