Is a 330i muffler the same as a 328i?

I'm currently looking for a stock muffler for my e90 lci, I was just wondering if a muffler off of a 330i will fit my 328i, it has an n51 if that makes a difference.

Oh no they are not identical but, the mounting points are the same. the 330I came with a vacuum activated flap the opened up at high engine speeds.
