I will have stickers in black lettering and white lettering. My hope is that the final product will be more of a window vinyl lettering.

FWIW - I bought my 2007 E91 from Anytime Auto in January 2017. I've seen them post a few wagons every year - it seems to be a genuine interest of their team. It's a small used lot, so likely no major reconditioning efforts, but they do know E91s...

Hopefully when the owner had BMW “go through the motor” they replaced the almost-sure-to-be-leaking oil pan, valve cover, and oil filter housing gaskets.

Looks like the 2007 has been updated to 47k miles? That would be a deal at $8k if true.
