Battery drain
Hey guys in the kingston ottawa area. Looking to get some electrical shit fixed on this german POS xD I love it I'm joking. But seriously if this car is dead one more time coming out to it in the AM I'm gunna loose it

I suspect a similar issue on my car.. and I've replaced (and registered/coded) with an OEM AGM battery twice now! I suspect it may be due to my dashcam, which is hardwired but is supposed to stop drawing power when battery voltage gets below a certain level. Unsure if that power management device isn't cutting off the power, or what. Haven't had time to look further.
I do also have an aftermarket stereo, but confirmed that the amps do turn off when the car is off, so I'm less suspicious of that vs. the dashcam.

Have you looked at the little sight glass at the top of the bmw battery? It should be green for good and black means it needs replacing IIRC
Also, any chance your bluetooth is remaining connected and making the stereo head unit stay powered?
