Clunking noise

I am having a front clunking noise similar to this one. I have BC coilovers on E90 XI.

It is very annoying and I am not sure if it is the coilovers, or what it could be. I don't know anything about suspension.

Any ideas?

I went with coilovers because I wanted to be able to dial in the ride height exactly how I wanted. And allow myself the ability to change wheels size, tire size, etc.

sounds like a destroyed top plate?

have a look at your sway bar bush, end links and cv axle

I actually went out and had someone rock the car while I held onto the endlinks and sway bar. I hear some clunking from the passenger side and I think it is a endlink. I went ahead and purchased 2 new ones since this car is at 128k and hasn't had any suspension replaced since the front lower control arms. Better to slowly replace things I suppose.
