Spark Plugs condition

Was replacing the spark plugs (Original BMW, 50000km usage) to chase a hard start when cold, I've noticed a very weird plugs on cylinder 4 and 5, where the 2 electrode were connected together (don't know if it's carbon or something else), what could those plugs to be like that? attached the plugs from cylinder 4 and 5 and the plug from other cylinder (seems full of deposit also)

Those spark plugs are destroyed. They are like that because they are old and worn out. Install new 6 new NGK plugs along with Eldor coils.

he seems to have a other problem than only the sparkplug

seems to have gap bridging, and I have no experience on that type of issue.

here what google says :

Core bridging or gap bridging is caused by materials of combustion lodging between electrode and the ground, causing the plug to short out. Excessive deposits are most common when oil control is poor or when stop and start operation is prevalent
