Weird comfort access behavior?

I bought my car with the passenger comfort access not working, I even get a code for it in INPA.

Thing is, tonight I realized it will only work to unlock the door, but by pulling on the handle.

If I just touch the back of the handle nothing happens, but if I pull on it at the same thing then it will unlock.

And locking on the passenger side doesn't work at all.

Anyone else ever had this? And I guess to repair this a new comfort access handle is needed? I was curious how much it is but can't find the part on real oem.

I have a similar problem.

My passenger side CA works fine for lock and unlock.

Drivers side seems just totally dead.

Maybe there are sensors inside the handle that die?
