I bought the following Angel Eye ==> http://www.bmwled.net/h820wattsledangeleyeshalobulbs for my 2007 335i Coupe.

The bulbs are throwing codes. I've contacted the vendor and he has indicated that this is a known issue for the 2007 335i Coupe. Knowing this, I wish he would at least modify the fitment information on his website. As you all know, the installation was a pain in the ass. This is really an inconvenience. I will be returning my bulbs.

I'm curious if anyone out there has a 2007 335i Coupe and have ran into similar issue.

are these just plug and play? I don't need to modify/cut any parts do I ?

Also does these work for cars in Canada with DRL? I'm not sure how it works but from the list of bulbs thread they list the E90 as H7 bulbs and I see these are H8 bulbs.

I bought these for my 2010 328xi and for the life of me, I cannot get them installed. I tried taking the heat sink off, but can't get it off either. I cannot get the heat sink deep enough in the housing to get them locked/seated in place. Any other tricks I should try before I return them??

I will....I am getting my Mtech rear bumper installed next week. the bumper is at the paint shop right now. I am putting CF on the diffuser this week.

Then I need to do a photo shoot of my car...maybe I should do one this weekend, before the big mods happen. All I have done so far is change the wheels (forgestar F14) and blacked out my grilles.

Looks like we have sister cars!

Also had no leverage on the heatsink to tighten these on my 2011 E90. Heatsink was sharp, so it cut up my fingers. Driver side light would also unscrew itself when trying to tighten it. Install for Pre-lci e92 was much easier. Will be returning these.

Hmm, but as I know DTEC, LUX are very very expensive and they don't decrease output light (angel eyes) when xenon light turns on. In some countries this is not allowed.

Bought the same LEDs from BMWLED and they look terrific. Bright as hell and matches my headlights perfectly. I have the same errors with my 2007 E92. Error codes CCID 378 and 379.. Looking into other options now but was hoping there would be an easy fix cause they look amazing. Plus they were a PITA to install. I'll let you know if I run across a good solution.
