Help with M Aerodynamic Kit
I purchased the M Aerodynamic Kit (PN: 51950403533) and it was brought to my shop for painting and installation. This morning they called and said the rear spoiler is not included. I thought the kit includes everything necessary. Is this not the case?
Thanks!

That's the confusing part. Why would the shop call it a spoiler, when the kit doesn't include the diffuser? Why can't there just be one name for something?

^ its very common for dealerships and product catalogs to have slightly different names than the actual street term for items.
I have seen many "lip spoiler" and that is the front bottom lip. I have also seen "rear apron" or "rear skirt" which would be the rear bumper lip (or valences etc.) and you will see "rocker panel" vs. "side skirts" Therefore it doesn't surprise me that bmw would call the rear "diffuser" a "rear spoiler". Because im sure they call what we call a spoiler, a "rear deck spoiler" or a "Deck lid trim" lol |
