I came across a hell of a deal for the 13538648937 injectors on the bmwpartswarehouse.com site @ $108 each. https://www.bmwpartswarehouse.com/Pr...48937&CartID=1

The street address on that site maps to BMW of San Francisco. Curious if it's really BMW of SF or if it's a front end for some other place making itself LOOK like BMW of SF. Anyone know for sure? Figure I'll call BMW of SF to see what they can verify. Might just drive up there and avoid the $38 shipping charge and buy all 6.

And since I'm on five index -07s, and one -09, I'm curious how old these injectors I'm running actually are.
Anyone have any idea when the different indexes were released?
It is the BMW dealership. I bought from them, aside from being a little slow and higher than normal shipping rates, it will still the best deal I could find on injectors. I have heard FCPEuro will price match if you call them.

The 07s are probably from early to mid 2009. 09s I'd guess late 2009 early 2010.

I googled the hell out of that site and SF BMW and it all seems legit to me, just like you said. You're right though, their prices are cheaper than most others, maybe all others. If I can arrange pick-up instead of their pricey shipping, I'll do it that way.

Might as well change out all 6 injectors just to avoid getting in there again anytime soon. Sounds like the 5 injectors I have on there are likely all original then. 134k miles on original injectors...

UPDATE: Sunday I used the 'contact us' link on the bmwpartswarehouse.com website to ask if I could pick up the parts at the dealership, and got a reply the following day that I can indeed, and they'll honor the low price seen on the site. That is confirmation enough for me that it's the same place. LOL

Okay, so with 134k miles and what appear to be the original -07 injectors (and one -09), I'm just going to straight out replace all of them myself so I don't have to worry about it.

Can someone check my parts list to make sure I'm not forgetting anything?

13538648937
Fuel Injector (6 total)

13537564751
Decouplers (6 total)

83300495756
Fuel Injector Ring Tool

Can someone verify if the 13537584315 Fuel Injector Seals (6 total) come with the injectors, or do I need to order them separately? Or do the decouplers maybe come with the injectors too?

I plan to call bmwpartswarehouse.com (BMW of SF) and pick up the parts to save on their very high shipping prices. All this will run just under $900 (including the ring tool) if I pick up myself.

seals come with the injectors, and only need to be changed if the injectors are removed from the engine and are to be reused. decouplers need to be bought separately, some shops package them as a kit though.

Ah, understood now.

The removable sleeve on the bottom of the new injectors is used to keep the already-installed seals compressed just prior to installation, so technically I don't even need the 83300495756 Fuel Injector Ring Tool, its knurled cylinders, or separate new seals. That's $160 saved there. Thank you very much for the info!

Just a quick FYI to anyone else needing injectors, I called my local dealership today and they were kind enough to price match to within $2 of bmwpartswarehouse.com @ $110 each for all six index 12 injectors. Saved on gas costs too, so that was a big help!

Busy painting my wheels gloss black the next couple days before it rains again, so will tackle this job and new vacuum lines over the weekend. Will update with results in case anyone finds it helpful. Thanks again for creating this thread, OP!

It’s $250 each now
And FCPeuro doesn’t sell 937 anymore.

Yeah, that'll happen after 2 years. Shop around. Threads here and elsewhere mention O'Reilly's having new index 12s for $1xx.xx, and coupons are everywhere.

Use promo code feb25. They are the latest index 12's. I ordered them and showed up the next day. Installed them yesterday and my car runs so much better. Unfortunately I saw a crack in the valve cover leaking a little oil around injectors 3 & 4.

Advance Auto has brand new index 12's with the BMW label and caps at both ends for $110 each. Lifetime warranty as well and 2 day shipping was free. Just remember to use the 25% off coupon and code the injectors for optimal performance.
