DIY Mtech carbon deffuser ???

hi, so I want a rear diffuser for the e90 m package rear bumper with the two round exhaust cutouts. I want to make it into carbon fiber myself, but get the diffuser in any state is almost impossible to get in my area without paying for it is as much as for a carbon fiber one.
Does anyone have a 3d model of this thing? I have a small 3d printer and I might be able to print it in small pieces, than glue them together and make a mold out of it.
Or do you have a better idea?
