Any muffler shop should be able to order any tip you need. Just make sure they dont charge you an arm and a leg for it.
The intake helps throughout the rpm range, so yes it will help the down low torque loss. But, like Montreal said its barely noticable in the first place and the car does pull harder at 3k. So, ENJOY =) =)

Take in pictures for them. People have posted pictures of the custom s pipe and the tip weld. Take in a bunch of print outs for them, and maybe you could even bring in a step by step list of what needs to be done. It's not rocket science, especially for guys who specialize in exhaust installs.

I'm goin for the delete! Praying it'll not be TOO loud! The plan is to put the stock muffler back on if it's way too much. Option two would be to try and shoehorn a Magnaflow or something in instead of restoring the OEM muffler. As someone mentioned, the worse I'm out is the new delete pipe and a tip - both of which I could sell as an easy-install muffler delete kit.
The wife is gonna be pissed. Oh well. Big question - Because I have a 330 and there's some extra stuff connected to the stock muffler, is there anything I have to do down there? I know some other 330 owners have done this. NEED to hear from you!

Well I know you are talking about the Valve/Tube plugged into the exhaust.
All I did was plug it up with a screw or you can with a Golf Tee and the wrap up the tube and zip tie it so it does not hang down. You should not have any problems at all.

whoa thats a loud whistle miamibusta69. what the hell? nearly sounds like a huge ass turbo under the hood. funny how it gets louder as the RPM goes up. I think a lot of newbs will fall for it if you tell 'em its turbo.
Hope mine doesn't do that.
