who knows. the idea is they may have a different rocker ratio. ideally, a higher multiplier would give you more lift with the same cam profile. but if the rocker ratio is smaller, then yes it will make it worse.

Hey everyone!
I just found this thread (I'm doing research for a future swap into my e36) and have to say, this thread is GOLD, I've found myself reading through it's entirety without taking a single break.... at 1 am It's been almost a year since anyone posted anything here, and I don't want to be "that guy"... So I won't be, and instead I'll ask how are you all doing? Eating healthy, enjoying some needed off-time and still measuring smiles/gallon rather than miles/gallon? |

So the N55 exhaust rockers do work in the N52. At about 3k since installing them. Not sure about the performance benefits yet as I haven't had it properly tuned yet. But it does have a rather pleasant exhaust note and burbles quite easily now(for an automatic). Thinking of going with a SFP tune.
