Here is Maersk Wind. She's moored in Southampton, England at the moment. Destination New York ETA 5/3.

My dealer here in Boston is saying that car should be ready for delivery in 1-2 days. do you think this is reasonable assuming all things go smoothly. damn! i cant wait. it will be a jump from toyota corolla |

http://www.shipais.com/showship.php?mmsi=563248000 Once she reaches NY, it will probably take at least a couple days for your car to be unloaded, go through BMW's VPC, and then trucked to Boston. You would get a better idea of your delivery by checking the older threads for NY-bound ships to see when others have taken delivery of their cars. I spend more time tracking West coast deliveries than East coast deliveries, so I am not really sure of the timing of East coast deliveries. |

yeah, i have been tracking that boat every 2 hour making sure its heading in the right direction
it should dock at the NJ port saturday morning at 0400AM and i am really hoping it can get to my dealer by sunday afternoon for a Monday delivery but may be i am being a little too optimistic just like i am about the the US economy. I hate to spend more money on my crappy rented dodge. |

The vpc is right there at the port in new jersey.....normally it takes 2-3 days at the vpc. Then your car waits for a car carrier to take it to the dealer. We should all see our cars by this week.....i cant deal with the waiting no more

my CA told me this morning that the car is sitting at the dock and the OC says its still en route to the VPC. Not sure whats going on? All i know is that my car as yours is priority 1. Can you ask your CA if it cleared customs and left VPC? Thanks

she said it should clear vpc any time now and be put on a carrier....didnt ask her more then that. I read that people have them around 5-6 days after port. Also depends how far you are from the port. I bought my 335i at Habberstad in longisland.

i am in the Boston area so i am hoping i get it before the end of this week. the only thing that worries me is that my CA does not even know if its at VPC or not?? I am hoping that it is and hoping that it gets released along with the other cars

If it has left VPC wouldn't it either be at the dealer or on its way to the dealer?
