E90 Coilover Recomendation

Hello
im looking for a set of coilovers for my E90 what do people recommend for the UK roads as dont want anything that is ridiculously stiff?

My vote goes to Ohlins. Their Road & Track coilovers are expensive, but (contrary to the name) give excellent handling and a silky smooth ride. My guess is your budget will determine where you go on this...

What's your budget? I recommend KW V2 or V3. There are plenty of reviews on the board that you can check out.

My budget is about £500 don't want to spend more than that, they will be for road use and no track days, as it's only a 320d thanks for the recommendations so far

I think for £500 (might be more not sure) I would recommend AP coilovers. I had them on my S3 for 4 years 30k miles and they were excellent!

If you're not doing track days do you really need the adjustability of coilovers? At this price point you might be better off going for some good quality fixed rate dampers:

This leaves you £50 to put towards some PowerFlex bushings in your front control arms too, which will make a huge difference.

You could also try removing the alignment pins in the top mounts and pushing
your struts in for a bit more negative camber. That's a free mod, and easy to do when you're replacing the front suspension.
