E91 LCI roof rails onto pre-LCI?

Hi All,

do the low profile LCI roof rails fit pre-LCI tourings?

AFAIK they do

You can also get Delete kits from BMW for the ultra-low profile.

Yes, the roof is the same for all E91 of any age.

Only later 2010/11 on LCIs have low profile rails.

But you can fit any on any.

I've fitted them to mine, bought them off ebay from the BMW store for £280 brand new in black. Look soooo much better :0

Have a look on RealOEM for part numbers - just put in for a 2012 car.
Did you know BMW also do "delete kits" which do away with the rails altogether - again, see RealOEM

ok thanks. yea, I was just hoping someone that had done the swap already to the low profile rails could verify part numbers before I order them and do the swap on my '07 wagon. I'm not really into the delete kit look. To me the low profile rails give it just the perfect touch.

I have to agree with you there - I like the low profile look too.

Also, with the rails deleted, it looks too much like a police car, as the E91's they use here don't have rails.

There is a member on here who has done the swap - I saw a thread last year on it - maybe do a

I searched but couldn't find anywhere that had listed the part numbers for the low profile roof rails. All the ones I saw were for the oem delete kit.

Anyone know the oem part numbers for the low profile rails??

I've got a pair just need fitting to my black lci. Was thining of wrapping them gloss black or carbon does anyone have any pictures ? Thnaks.
