Manual Transmission Change

I've looked through countless posts and I still don't know who to listen to. So I have a 2010 328i xDrive, with 75k on it and I'm looking to do a tranny fluid change. I'm not sure with what fluid to go with. Please give me some insight. Thank you.

I use MTL-3

I used Redline D6 ATF as recommended . works great
