Yes it does, also folds up into a 1/4 of the size.

Thanks everyone who may have seen this post. In the works of purchasing one without a carrying case. So now is the challenge of either making a carrying case or buying one. Looking for OEM Wind Deflector Case out there, but may not have any luck.
