Nope....I have had the car in for a service since and nothing was said. Speaking with the guys in the US, BMW would have to prove that a warranty claim has been caused by that specific mod.............and air filters don't seam to cause problems, they just add some serious 6 cylinder growl! This is a great mod and also very easy to reverse, should you want to!

I changed my air filter pod to a K&N.... sounds a little nicer and checked with BMW before hand and they say no worries, doesn affect warranty

think i paid $80 for it.... I cant quite remeber. Or maybe it was $60... it was well under $100. I got it 6 months ago direct from K&N. I remember it took like 2 months to come in from time i ordered it!

resurrecting an old thread... the scoop behind the grill... is that a part of the upper CF piece? Something new with the kit? or is it OEM?
