New wheels have arrived
Well Santa arrived early this year!!!! These just landed on my door today. A big thank you to Nick @ JLEVIS.COM. Top service - Great communication and a pleasure to do busuness with.
Velocity Motoring V714. 19x8 et38 front and 19x9 et32 rear. Hyper Black with polished lip. I'll post pics when on the car in about 2 - 3 weeks. Photo's don't do them justice. I couldn't even get that magic shot with the $50 note to refference the lip size. |

if you get new wheels, def. get 20's
20's are to the e90x what 19's are to the e46

I am considering odering some wheels for my E60 530 M Sport from JleviSW however having never purchased anything like this from OS i am a bit cautious. Can you advise how long they took to arrive, if any duty and tax was payable, whether you had to employ a Customs Broker or were they delivered straight throught to you door, who was the logistcs company that they used? Sorry for all the questions and by the way the wheels look very sharp! |

If you get vendor to write a "fake" reciept, for a value of under $1000 AUD, then you are below the bracket for tax when it arrives in Australia...
With the shipping companies, it normally takes about 2-3 days for the package to arrive in the country, and then if you are lucky it will be released from customs in a day, sometimes it can take a week though

Just to add to what ASTRA said, the wheels were shipped via Bax Global. JLEVISW shipped about 5 days after receipt of payment however I think that delay was because there was a misunderstanding of shipping details. Once shipped, they took 4 days to get to Brisbane as they went in a tour via Hong Kong but then I got them in 3 days. The secret is to order early in the week so they make the flight out of the USA by Friday and by Wed you should have your goods.
Bax Global did all the customs clearing and delivered them to my door. I had a clearence fee of about A$62. Very easy transaction and the communication flow from JLEVISW was excellent |

There about 25lbs each.
I don't know why so many on this forum (especially from the USA) are so concerned on how much the wheels weigh. Yes I know what unsprung weight is but you are hardly going to notice the performance difference. Maybe the concern should be to reduce the excess dead weight the driver has It's about the looks for me. |
