Smile Absolute Newby

Hi To All.. at what appears to be a great forum.
Unfortunately I am a complete novice with this sort of thing, and after reading the new member stuff, I hope I have followed the correct protocols. (I'm sure I will get some friendly feedback if not)

Just couldn't resist sharing my new purchase with you guys, being the new 335 hardtop convertable which I have had on order since March 07 and have now finally had delivered to me in late Dec. Previous car was a 2005 320i which was a great car. My new one however is simply sensational. A car I have been dreaming of owning for many years has finally materialised.

I'll get a couple of pics up soon, but for now, I'm out, and thanks again for the opportunity to share my car in such a great environment.
Bye for now.

Welcome newbs! Congrats on a beautifull purchase. Just wondering why your car took ages for its delivery? Usually its a 3 month wait from production to delivery. Oh sorry but ive been wanting to use this for a while

Welcome!

You know, I am so happy you got deep green, it's a great colour, and I wish more people got it... But I guess as it is rare, it's unique!

Post pics of your new stunner when you can!

Think of a slightly darker version of british racing green.
Or think of what carbon black is to blue, deep green does a similar thing for green (almost).

only a couple of "Demo" models around back in March - not 4 sale anyway, particulalry where I live. Had to generate a "build slot", then wait for the Oz order book to fill before Germany would commence manufacture - so the story goes. Could have possibly picked one up a tad earlier through a large distributor in Sydney, but I wanted to stay failthful to my local distributor/town. The car is so worth the wait.

Hi Deep Green - Welcome from one Novacastrian to another... Glad to hear about your new 335 (congrats). I just ordered a 335 coupe... cant wait.

I don't 'spose there will be too many 'Deep Green' convertibles about, so I will keep an eye out for you around town.

you can use any image hosting site to do it

i use xs.to

all you have to do is browse for your file, and then submit it, and then use the last link it provides for you (direct link), and then you should have the adress to type into the post use and put the adress in between these 2 tags

I use Photobucket.com.

If you would like some really nice photos taken of your car, we have a professional phtographer in the forum. She is very good.

Cheers,

CaptOz
