Long crank on cold start

Hi all!
E91 2011 318i. Manual. 148000 km. (purchased this summer with 145000)
Cranks long and shakes on cold start. After 25 minute commute and parking for 6 hours no problems starting. Seems to be worse the longer it sits parked. No fault codes on startup (I don't have OBD).

Could it be time for a new battery/NOx-sensor or both? Or could it be the fuel pump?

Seems the issue is lessened when I put the key fob in the slot and let it sit there for a little longer before starting. Like 20 seconds seems to be beneficial.
Any ideas?
Got a quote on a new agm battery and nox-sensor. Those things are not cheap. Luckily man hours are few for those two.
