I will confirm for you.

The FRM (footwell module) ending in 999 provides ERROR FREE Basic operation of your lights.

The HIGHBEAMS will NOT work except for "flash to pass" function.

The highbeams MAY work if you install a set of Height Sensors, OR wire a properly valued resistor INSTEAD of the height sensor.

I DO NOT have info on the 724 (DanKim's) module yet, since I haven't received one to install yet.

Did anyone clear the error and still has the highbeams working??
I''m also asuming that hight level sensors were not installed and it's also non-adaptive, right?

We're working on the "no error, but YES highbeams."

If you don't put in height sensors, and lots of other wiring,
you get no adaptive

thanks Matt, I cant wait for this. If I have time I will try it, correct me if I;m wrong but say I connect my old halogens, measure the resistance and then connect the new xenons and add a resistor that will provide the same power back to the footwell, wouldnt that solve it? I just don't know which wire it is sending the pulse back to the footwell.
I havent fooled around with it, but it looks doable.
the error states it's the low beams, so we just have to add a resistor somewhere, I'm posotive

I'm not really sure about the whole adding resistors idea that everyone has about these error messages...
I haven't experimented with it...

I don't think it's a resistance total error though...

Talk to ADHD he's got one, but hasn't gotten around to installing it yet. Maybe he'll sell it to you.

///Matt, have you sold yours yet? I have one to sell, and it's just sitting around from when I got it from you... and it's a shame b/c my xenons are gone...

i want to get rid of my footwell module as I have some other things in mind -- i need to decorate my exterior as i have style 199's coming in

thanks Matt, it would be grat to have the car in "perfect condition"
if there's a way to tell the car not to report the status of the low beams, I could even go with that
