Anybody help with this noise?

A bit of context, had 2 new tyres fitted. I couldn't find my locking wheel nut key so they kind of butchered it off. Was driving home then realised on my seat was the 2 nuts and they had only refitted 4 on each wheel. I don't believe this is the issue but it could be?

Strange it doesn't happen in reverse in and seems OK turning right but worse left.

I will try and take it back to the tyre place but was hoping for ideas to fix myself if easy. New locking wheel nuts in order
