Repairs that 2011 N55 Engines need with 50K miles plus (give or take 50K miles).
Oil Filter Housing Gasket - Electric Water Pump - Known to fail and unfortunately - https://bmwtuning.co/bmw-n54-n55-wat...p-replacement/ I would spend $8K to $9K on this as it sits. Thoughts?

Desirable spec OP besides the interior color (which is what I have btw). With the market how it is I don't see why you can't ask 12-13k

What an absolutely gorgeous spec. I've never seen Blue Water Metallic equipped with Factory MSport. Throw in Oyster interior, and you've got a rare care. A 6spd makes it almost a unicorn.
This is a $15k car minimum. There aren't any other similarly spec's E90's available $8k is an insult, especially in this used car market |

Style 189 wheels did come with factory MSport. Not all came with the style 193’s you’re probably accustomed to seeing.

The previous owner swapped out the original wheels for these. I've seen a number of M Sports with these wheels as well. To confirm, this car DOES have the M Sport Package.

N55 E90s were only made in 2011 and probably only a couple of hundred were 6 Speeds so these are pretty rare. Be patient and you should get 50-100% over what the KBB or NADA says its worth.
Probably need to deep clean that steering wheel and interior though. |

Interesting on the wheels, I never knew that. I've seen a lot of M sports with these wheels but always thought they had been swapped out.
I prefer these to the 193M's. |

I would strongly consider it as I think it is worth more than what you have it listed for. BaT takes a while to list, so you may want to consider Cars and Bids. FB Market place is probably a better spot too. Even Autotrader. I just bought one myself and would have bought this in a heartbeat at this price.
