Noisy windscreen wipers

Has anyone experienced noisy wipers. They clonk down into the rest position and are noisy as they move across the windscreen. I have had it into the dealer 3 times. Each time they replace the rubber blades and the problem is the same. My wife also has an E90 and hers are fine.

ANY IDEAS?

Just curious... but do they charge for replacing the blades, since this seems to be a fault?

They get noisy when worn (squeaky) otherwise they should be silent.

I had this happen on my E92 and I complained about it when it was in the dealers. It had been fine, and then one day seemed to be making a loud thunk each time it went back into position. When I picked it up they said they had just adjusted them and now they are quiet again.

had this problem with my dad's E60...

we rarely use the wipers, cuz it doesnt rain that much here, but i used them 2 days ago and the sound is horriblr!!!

it stopped raining now, but if it happens again i will consider taking it to the dealer...
