Herbal/ Dietary Supplements

I am writing a paper on dietary supplements and I wanted to know how you all feel about them. If you could just try and answer some of the questions or just give a comment on the topic. I think it will be very cool and have my paper standout by incorporating a mini-survey, instead of just using information that has already been published.

-Do you currently take or previously taken dietary supplements?

-What is the reason for taking the alternative route of medication instead of the traditional doctor visit following by a prescription of a specific drug?

-What is the limit to the reason of taking a dietary supplement instead of going to a doctor?

-Do you dislike going to the doctor or is there reasons why you chose to self-medicate?

-Any other views or comments on dietary supplements?
