Those end tanks look smooth. If I didn't already have a FMIC I'd so get one of these in a 7 inch.

Maybe i should do a little searching, but the benefits of a 7" vs 5" are additional cooling? 7" setup would be ideal for the upgraded turbos in the near future? Thanks in advance. Anyhow, i'm in for this when it's out!... 113°F in Phoenix this last week....

The larger the core, the better the cooling. We have intentions on going with an upgraded turbo setup sooner than later which is why we pushed for the release of a 7" core over a 5" but both will do a great job in terms of cooling on the stock turbo setup

7" is necessary for a more aggressive setup on a car that's regularly tracked. If you're car stays on the street, a 5" FMIC is plenty sufficent - Especially when you consider the additional work that goes into installing a 7" FMIC.

Your IATs will def drop, but in AZ heat you might want to consider an FMIC + oil cooling upgrade. In temps like that, the OEM oil cooler is more likely to trigger limp mode when it won't be able to keep the oil below 260°F (280°F triggers the Low-Power/Limp mode as a protective measure).

You guys are developing upgraded twins too?!? Nice!!!! Tiago.. you should include a stencil with your company logo in with the intercoolers. That would be great advertising for you guys!

+1 for the upgraded TTs, be interesting to see where this falls in the market since RBs are really the only option. ASRs are double the price for the same #s & the Helix TTs are non-existant

Count me in on the 7" core. As I am a previous buyer of some of your downpipes.

Re-read his post. Pretty sure he was just saying that he's looking to upgrade his twins and that sparked the need for an upgraded intercooler.

Well the VRSF DPs cost $385 right now and Tiago said that the FMIC is going to cost $400-500. He's also said they'll do a combo pricing, so let's say 15% discount(?) for buying both at the same time in the initial GB, you're looking between $650-700 for everything

^^All my numbers were hypothetical guestimates. I don't have a cool list "BimmerPost Supporting Vendor" thing under my name so nobody should cite my "pricing"

No worries Tiago we all know you gotta pay to play

My usually concerns are shipping with larger products like DP's/FMIC
as it defeats the discount pricing. We'll discuss this when you release official derails, but please keep me on your list!
