My 325xi Touring Sit Higher

So after owning about 1 year, met another Touring guy yesterday and clearly my is sit higher. My is 2006 325xi, his is 2007 328i, both have stock suspension, my is clearly atleast 2in gap in front and 1 rear, his has no gap at all. My is Sport package (sport seats, sport steering wheel, 6-speed). Any one notice their xi is higher also?

Xi models do not have the lowered sport suspension, even if equipped with sports package.
