Nice! In VW and AUDI world, caliper adapters are quite common. It is somewhat common to see a raggedy ass Golf with Porsche calipers and disks with a clever use of adapters. ECSTuning makes adapters for calipers but nothing for BMW so far...

I did a search on the the interwebs for Brembo 98.5030.40 and it turns out those calipers are used in Audi, Acura and Jaguar.

Harold, we need more pictures of those things installed!

The rears are a single piston in either case. You just pick your favorite rotors and pads and call it a day.
