How do i adjust my headlights?!

I have a 08 335xi e90. I lowered the car and would like to adjust the headlights up so that they are not pointing on the ground! Ik the car has adaptive headlights but how can i manually adjust them?

there should be like plastic hex adjusters on the sides of your housings
