If properly installed, it shouldn't void the warranty for other factory installed parts of your car. However, I don't think subsequent owners would have this particular performance exhaust part covered under it's own warranty.

If you're willing to go through trouble shipping it to U.S. post it on US classified also. You'll have better chance selling it. Will cost you approx $150-$200 to ship it via UPS.

Sold my AE Performance in 2 weeks after posting it on US classified. OP split the shipping costs, plus got paid in US$... too bad Canadian dollar is currently strong against US....
