Smile Help me decide on wheels

Looking at some 17" Drag DR-37's in "Machine face" or "Gloss Black"??

Would like to go 18" but just bought new tires a few months ago.. I cant find that many pics with 17"

Would appreciate some insight. Thanks

It finally got moved to the correct section.

Seriously look into the Apex Arc-8... super light and you can go wide... plus they are nice and concave.

You get what you pay for. The M3 guys often use the Apex wheels for a track set.

Search our forum for cracked or bent wheels. The drags would be prone to that, especially if you drive on bad roads.

You can get the Apex wheels directly from them... they are also here on the boards to answer any fitment questions.

http://www.apexraceparts.com/3-Serie...E902_c_19.html

You totally get what you pay for here.

We are talking a few hundred difference over the drag wheels for a set.

Apex are much lighter and are much wider. Plus you support a great vendor that really knows our cars.

If you are really looking to go cheap I would recommend Alzor wheels from ECS Tuning... don't think they have 17" options though/

What size of tires?

A 225/45-17 fits fine on a 17 x 8.5.
