N43 running cold (80C)

Hello all,

This is my fist post on this forum so please correct me if I did not post where I should.

I have an 2009 E92 n43 170 auto. What I did since I owned it (5 months):
-4 index 11 injectors (they are used but do seem to work normally)
-new valve cover
-new thermostat
-I cleaned the intake valves
-new spark plugs and coils
-Noxem along with a lot of reading of Bimmerprofs.

Current problem: In city driving car keeps going into mapped mode for water pump. This means that after the car goes beyond coolant temp of 90C, 105c, 110C (so theoretically it permits eco mode) it goes to mapped mode, decreases and keeps the temp at 80C. If I stop the car and turn it on again, it goes again into mapped mode after less than 1km drive.

I cannot find a pattern for this behavior yet. I tried to activate fan and pump speeds in INPA. Fan activates and works for all steps available in INPA, water pump does not ('ecu conditions not correct or request sequence error').

I do not have any erros in INPA yet. Also, it seems to not be related to air conditioning as i still triggers when i have everything off.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thank you.
