Dyed my carpet from beige to black!

Had some time over the weekend so i thought id dye my carpet and carpet mats.
5 cans of duplicolor fabric and vinyl spray.
Mask all areas that you dont want to spray. the spray line on the can was pretty solid so you dont have to worry about overspray.

Dyed my carpet from beige to black.

Like it should have been from the factory! I'm glad they at least did it with the Oyster leather interior but should also have been available with the beige.

Nice work! Black carpets look so much better with beige interiors.

How come RHD cars gets the little cubby storage area and LHD don't??

I might give this a shot for my car as well. My beige carpet has seen better days and has become the eye soar. Any special tips to get this done?

I've been debating this in one of my other cars for a long time...how does the carpet feel now? Most who've done this report that it kind of clumped the fibers and the carpet feel stiff.

its stiff but i think it will be soft again after a steam clean. at least its not beige anymore. plus you wont be feeling it anyway unless you drive barefoot
