PLEASE HELP!! Nothing windshield related working.

I checked all fuses replaced wiper relay and still nothing. I did notice that when I try to set up the rain detection the led does not illuminate either. I am thinking it is a issue in the wire harness on that side of the steering column. This is on a 07 E90, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
