I visited there to fix rattle today. Wow what a nice facility!
As usual, all employees are very professional and courtesy. They have a huge customer parking area, and I no longer have to drive around to find parking spot like I used to at the old place.
My CA told me that they now have a free car wash facility open for BMW Seattle customers Mon-Sat. You can just go there to wash your car for free if you don't mind getting swirls.
