Vibration after installing transfer case

So my transfer case was bad. The car had the four lights; hand brake, ABS, 4x4 and anti-slip lights. I bought a new one and just finish installing it. It works fine, I still need to clear the faults but I am have a low speed vibration between 20 to 40mph. It goes away after 40mph. What could be the problem? What can I do?

If the shaft that goes from front to back wasn't placed in the same spot it was removed from it can cause something like that because they are balanced.. That's why you should always mark it before removal
